The LSME Graduate Programme

London School of Management Education (LSME) Graduate Programme is an opportunity for recent graduates to apply for graduate roles at the college, giving them the chance to build confidence and implement the skills they developed during their degree in a supportive work environment.

These opportunities can help enhance job-seeking skills and the transition to the graduate job market.

The Graduate Programme has three distinct groups of roles to support the colleges and professional services in delivering student and Alumni facing activities in autumn 2023. These are:

  • Communications – roles in this area may cover student engagement communications and promotions, including digital communications, social media, and pop-up stands etc.
  • Events – roles in this area may cover arrivals support, welcome events, employability and wellbeing events, including support for programme administration.
  • Support for learning and teaching – roles in this area may provide course-based support.

Applicants can apply for a maximum of two opportunities, with a clear indication of priority.

Successful applicants will have access to College training in line with the role. They will also have access to careers and employability workshops and events, and will be supported to have a One-to-One session as part of their personal development, and in order to make the most of their experiences when applying for external graduate roles.
