International Research Conference 2022

The 9th LSME International Research Conference on ‘Global Education and the Green Economy’

  • DATE: 18th - 19th August 2022 LOCATION: Hybrid (London & Online)

London School of Management Education (LSME) organised its Annual International Research Conference on ‘Global Education and the Green Economy’ from 18th – 19th August 2022. The Conference was delivered via a ‘hybrid’ model, with both online and campus-based access to sessions and proceedings available to participants.

This is the 9th iteration of our International Research Conference series building upon the focus on Responsible Research and Innovations (RRI), with a warm welcome and inclusive approach towards researchers, scholars and delegates alike. As its precursors, the 9th Conference was an inclusive platform for exploring and evaluating ideas drawn from a wide range of cultural, economic, social and organisational perspectives. As such, the Conference encouraged all participants to take an active role in the research process, both as contributors and consumers.

The broad objectives of the LSME Conference series are:

  • To provide an inclusive platform fostering an active community of researchers collaborating on issues of social significance and societal concern;
  • To advance the principles and practices of Responsible Research and Innovations (RRI) in support of researchers at all stages of their research journey; and
  • To provide an open and accessible mechanism for sharing creative contributions to the research agenda across various subject matters and discipline areas.

Within the broad theme of Global Education and the Green Economy, the researchers were encouraged to submit papers adopting empirical, experimental and theoretical content. The following list of suggested sub-themes was provided to stimulate their thought process:

  • Education Management
  • Lifelong Learning
  • Economic and Social Impact of Education
  • Social Impact through the Green Economy
  • Innovation in Learning and Education
  • Impact of Technology on Education and Green Economy Settings
  • Accessibility to Education for the Disadvantaged
