Course Overview

This Level 2 qualification is recognised by the Qualification & Credit Framework (QCF) and has been developed in the health and social care sectors to focus on:

  • Education and training for health and social care employees.
  • Providing opportunities for diploma in Health and Social Care employees to achieve a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.
  • Giving learners the opportunity to enter employment in the health and social care sectors or to progress to higher education vocational qualifications such as the Pearson Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
