The London School of Management Education (LSME) proudly marked Time to Talk Day 2026 with a series of interactive classroom activities held on 5th February 2026, encouraging students to have open conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
As part of the initiative, students explored the importance of talking about mental health, recognising signs of emotional distress, and understanding where to seek appropriate support. Classroom discussions highlighted that starting a conversation can help reduce stigma, strengthen resilience, and encourage individuals to access support when needed.
Students also took part in a range of reflective activities, including completing a Life Balance Wheel and a personal wellbeing journal. These exercises encouraged them to assess different aspects of their wellbeing, identify areas for improvement, and set realistic goals to support a healthier study-life balance.
The event reinforced LSME’s ongoing commitment to promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to discuss their wellbeing and seek help whenever they need it. Through initiatives such as Time to Talk Day, LSME continues to raise awareness of mental health and foster a culture of openness, compassion, and mutual support across its community.
