The London School of Management Education (LSME) proudly marked Mental Health Awareness Week from 12th May 2025 to 18th May 2025, embracing the national theme of “Community” through a series of impactful and inclusive activities.
The week featured a rich blend of educational resources and interactive discussions designed to promote emotional resilience, self-care, and mental health awareness among our student community. Lecturers facilitated classroom conversations inspired by curated video content on stress management, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. Students were encouraged to reflect and share insights, strengthening a supportive college atmosphere.
A highlight of the week was the guest lecture, Mind Over Matter: Prioritising Mental Health for Students, which offered evidence-based coping strategies such as mindfulness and breathing exercises. The session addressed challenges like social isolation and workplace pressures while equipping participants with tools to support themselves and others.
This year’s observance fostered deeper connections among students and staff, reinforcing LSME’s commitment to holistic education and mental well-being. The event not only raised awareness but also strengthened the college’s culture of care, empathy, and shared growth.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we reminded ourselves we are stronger, healthier, and more resilient together as a community.
