To mark World Mental Health Day on 10th of October 2025, the London School of Management Education (LSME) delivered a series of interactive awareness sessions focused on mental health, wellbeing, and self-care for students
The sessions were designed to be engaging and student-centred, the sessions encouraged open discussion on what mental health is, why it matters, recognising signs of poor mental wellbeing, and the importance of seeking support. Students also explored self-care strategies, stigma around mental health, and available internal and external support services, including LSME counselling provision
At the end of each session, students were invited to complete reflective journals linked to the themes discussed, allowing them to share their thoughts, experiences, and learning in a meaningful and supportive way. This reflective approach helped reinforce awareness that mental health is important every day, not just on World Mental Health Day.
Through these activities, LSME reaffirmed its commitment to promoting student wellbeing, creating a supportive learning environment, and ensuring students are aware of the help available to them when they need it.
