In its fourth year, the LSME Business Pitch Competition continued to encourage entrepreneurship, innovation, and creative thinking among LSME students. The initiative provides a valuable platform for students to develop and present their business ideas while strengthening key skills in business planning, pitching, and professional presentation.
This year, 21 students had the opportunity to present their business ideas during the selection round, demonstrating a diverse range of innovative and practical business concepts. Following the evaluation process, six outstanding finalists were shortlisted to compete in the final round before a distinguished panel comprising academic experts and external business leaders.
During the awards ceremony, certificates were presented to all finalists, Muhammad Afzal Butt and Anila Afzal Butt, Sana Khalid, Amutha Christiyana Vamadevan and Jason Edward Parke, in recognition of their creativity, dedication, and entrepreneurial efforts. Niroshini Katharina Vakesan was awarded Runner-Up, while Mohammed Babul Hossain was named the Winner of the LSME Business Pitch Competition 2026. Both students received certificates and cash prizes in recognition of their outstanding business ideas and pitching performance.
